Recipes and tips for healthy travelling. These are genuine products that I use every day as well. It makes my time and journeys a lot more comfortable.
I often have friends asking me what to take on the plane…especially what foods? So, I thought I would give you some ideas as well as my favourite items that make the journey that much easier.
MY BASIC LIST:
FACE SERUM and LIP BALM
JUMPER and TRACKIES
TOOTHBRUSH and paste
EMPTY WATER BOTTLE
I get asked constantly what I take. Or what to take!
I don’t eat plane food, honestly, as I have said before, I have never felt good after it. So, most of the time I pretend I’m asleep so they don’t give it to me. You can also ask them at the start of the flight (give them your seat number) that you won’t be needing the meals.
Business class…I’m still not sure about the food, but I just get suspicious!
You can bring food past customs onto the plane, but you can’t take it into the next country…that is the basic rule for most places. They also don’t like liquid over 100ml so try stick to small containers/jars for your liquids…and leak proof.
