An 8 ingredient smoothie that is anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, but kicking recipe that is perfect those mornings when your not feeling the best!
Juice these babies up!
(or if you want is extra thick, you can blitz them in a good blender until smooth)
Then place in blender
Blend until combined, sprinkle some chia or turmeric on top, serve with ice.
If you would like to, omit the banana, but the chia seeds and banana add that little bit extra energy to get you going throughout the day.
