I have a couple of weaknesses when it come to food. The snickers bar one of them. So I wanted to find a healthy alternative to it. All real food ingredients and double the satisfaction that will be in your freezer when ever you have that craving hit.
Recently on a Monsta surf trip, we were driving in a car for about 9 hours searching for waves. It was midday, I hadn't had breakfast, we had been driving back and forth since 5am and I was loosing my banana marbles and reaching the hangry stage. We stopped in a town that would take about 30 seconds to walk from one side to the other. It was either a petrol station with a grocer store or a fast food fried joint. I opted for the grocer and got my carrots and hummus to then get kicked out of the fried food place because my carrots weren't bought from there.
Lets just say that if I had been more prepared with food and had this cheesecake by my side, a lot of my sanity in the car, shop and driving could have been kept. Enjoy the recipe here!
