So I have an obsession right now with tahini! It is such a diverse food that I literally put it in everything...even eating it by the spoon is a jolly treat. From salad dressings to a caramel sauce, it will satisfy all your craving needs. It’s rich in minerals such as phosphorus, lecithin, magnesium, potassium, iron and a good source of Methionine, which aids in liver detoxification. Not only is it full of unsaturated healthy fats, it provides 3 times more calcium than milk. Im not saying don't drink milk and stuff your face with calcium, I'm just saying giving its benefits! It's easy for your body to digest because of its high alkaline mineral content, which is great for assisting in weight loss. 1. Caramel Tahini Sauce
Stir till combined and smooth.
2. Homemade Wheat free Vegemite
Mix until combined, add more if you love that salty flavour of vegemite (like me)! Pour mixture into the seed whole of an avocado and enjoy!!
