Well its been more than 20 or so days I think since I did the no plastic thingo! And let me tell you, its harder than it seems.
I have successfully used my reusable cup multiple times and saved a lot of rubbish waste this far. It's kinda fun having your own cup as well, even if your boyfriend thinks its gay!
Unfortunately on multiple occasions I automatically would eat something from a packet, and then realised later. I think the trick to it is training and keeping up the habits of not choosing those foods so that you don't unconsciously grab them. I decided to start picking cardboard or recycled packaging as an easier way. But honestly, if you stuck to it 100% you would be a dam healthy human I think. Fresh is best I think.
Even though it's so little, I'm honestly proud how much I have used it and found myself wanting to use it more often. Every bit counts and it starts with little habits like this.
