Honestly, the chia pudding is probably the most efficient, longer lasting, full of fibre, good fats, energy dense and absolutely delicious meal/snack you could take on a hike (or any physical activity that involves you being away from a kitchen). It literally only takes 10 minutes. Here is how you do it!
You could also opt for these snacks on the road and pre make these banana breaky bites, truffle chocolates, almond butter (yep I take a whole jar sometimes, don't judge me haha).
I learnt though that after all these food and snacks, chia pudding was my favourite, its ws longer lasting with hunger and didn't leave me on a sugar high which would then lead to a low!
