Usually I am pretty lazy and if there is more than 10 ingredients on the list, I'll often flick past it, but my obsession with hummus right now got the best of me. This is an adaptation from Deliciously Ella's new book and It ended up not even taking that long and was so easy that I did it in 5 minutes. There are pretty much no steps but to chuck into into a blender and wait till its creamy!
400g of pre prepared organic chick peas (or 2 caned organic chickpeas drained) 8 Tbs olive oil 1/4 cup of lemon juice 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar 3 cloves of garlic 2 tsp of cumin 2 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp changing habits turmeric 1/4 tsp paprika 1 tsp of chilli flakes (if you like it spicy) 1 tsp salt pepper to taste
Place it all into the thermomix or food processor and blend with 3 to 4 Tbsp of water until creamy and combined. Place in airtight container and enjoy with veggies.
