Banana Chai Chia pudding.
1/2 cup boiled water
Chai leaves and spices
Soak for 10 minutes in boiled water
1cup coconut milk
2 1/2 tbsp of changing habits chia seeds
A big pinch of changing habits salt
1 tsp vanilla paste/essence
2 bananas (1 mashed)
1 tbsp tahini or sun flower butter.
Place the coconut milk, chia, chai infused water, salt, vanilla, and tahini into the TM bowl or your mixer, heat on 80degrees, 8 minutes
(if you don't have a Thermomix, just put all ingredients into your mixer and blend them till combined with the banana, heat up in a pot until thick and desired temperature. Around the 10minutes)
Place one of the bananas in the bowl and blend of speed 5 for 40 seconds, 80degrees.
Serve with slices banana on the bottom and topping of your liking. Something fresh is always best! Strawberries, raspberries, coconut. Enjoy.
