2 frozen bananas
2 drops of peppermint essential oils
4 cocao melts
hand full of spinach
1 tsp of greens powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk (or kulturedwellness cultured yoghurt)
1/2 avocado (frozen if you can)
handfull of ice
Coconut, buckwheat and cacao wafers to sprinkle
Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Scrape down sides and blend again.
everything is better when its frozen, the more amount of frozen fruit you have, the thicker and smoother it will be to get that bowl consistency.
