5 Way Raw Cheesecake
1 cups deglet pitted dates from Changing Habits
2 cups raw hazelnuts
1 scoop of the coccao hunger mix form Changing Habits
pinch of sea salt
2 cups raw cashews soaked over night (quick-soaked can be done in boiling water for 10 minutes)
2 large lemon juiced (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1 can of full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
pinch of salt
natural peanut butter and jam
blueberries (fresh or frozen)
banana + tahini
If you add these flavours, gently stir through the filling once you have combine the filling ingredients.
Add all ingredients of the base together until combined and sticky paste.
Press into a spring form cake tin lined with baking paper. Freeze and put aside.
Combine the filling ingredients until completely smooth and creamy.
Remove base and pour filling over the base, stir through optional flavours if desired.
Freeze for 3hrs + or remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.
