Carob spiced Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 frozen banana

  • 50g frozen coconut flesh

  • 2 tbsp carob

  • 3 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)

  • 1/4 cup of living chai mix

  • a hand full of ice

Method

  1. Blend until desired consistency, the less liquids you use, the thicket it will be. I sometimes ad an extra banana
