Smoothie on the run


Its warming up, so smoothie time is here! I ran 10km the other day in some hot heat (bad was about 930am), and this delicious, cold and mouth watering liquid was a life saver. It's exactly what you need on the warmer days and probably one of my favourite repeated smoothies now. Its super easy to make with basic ingredients that you most likely have if your a foodie like me. 


  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit - frozen

  • 1 banana - frozen

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 1 tbsp Incha Inchi protein powder

  • 3 drops of stevia


Combine and blend blend blend!!!
