1 cup of organic raw almonds - soaked overnight in filtered water
4 cups filtered water
3 organic fresh or dried dates
1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
pinch of seaweed salt
note: sub dates if you don’t want a sweeter flavour, but trust me they taste great!
Soak you almonds with a pinch of salt, make sure they are completely covered with water
Drain nuts, place in a high powered blender or thermomix.
Add the rest of the ingredient to thew blender, high speed until completely creamy and combined. This can take up to a couple of minutes
Using a nut milk bag or strainer, drain milk through strainer into a large glass bowl.
Pour into a glass jar and store in fridge for up to a couple of day.
