Nut Milks

Almond Milk


note: sub dates if you don’t want a sweeter flavour, but trust me they taste great!


  1. Soak you almonds with a pinch of salt, make sure they are completely covered with water

  2. Drain nuts, place in a high powered blender or thermomix.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredient to thew blender, high speed until completely creamy and combined. This can take up to a couple of minutes

  4. Using a nut milk bag or strainer, drain milk through strainer into a large glass bowl.

  5. Pour into a glass jar and store in fridge for up to a couple of day.


Cashew MILK

2 ingredients that you will surely have in your pantry and requires no straining.


Cashew Milk


  1. Soak the cashews in filtered water over night ( or in boiling water for an hour)

  2. Rinse the cashews and pour into a blender with the cinnamon and 4 cups of filtered water.

  3. Blend on high for 1 minute. 

  4. Pour into a jar and refrigerate.
