Banana Cream Nice-cream

1 step, so easy, so simple, so delicious. Blend and enjoy!

Ingredients

Banana Ice cream
  • 400g frozen banana

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut cream (depending on consistency)

  • A hand full of macadamias (optional)

Method

  1. You can freeze the coconut cream or place in the freeze 30 minutes before making this. Put it in the freezer as you sit down for dinner, if you forget, just add less liquid or opt it out completely

  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender or thermomix until thick, creamy and combined (about 1 minute or so)

  3. Serve with desired toppings

Toppings

- almonds butter, raspberries, coconut

- peanut-butter, cinnamon, dates

- banana slices, tahini, sesame seeds
