Fresh CADA (Muesli)
Also known as CADA
1/4 cup coconut shreds
1 small apple (grated)
3 pitted dates (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup almonds (roasted taste better)
Mix till combined and in small muesli size pieces. This can all be done in a food processor by pulsing the foods in their whole state, or in the thermomix.
For those who don't have either, just finely chop, grate and shred the ingredients.
Top it with some fresh mint, grated ginger with some strawberries and yoghurt
