Mango Macadamia Smoothie

This has possibly got to be the best smoothie I have made in the past summers. Mangoes are starting to come back into season and this is the perfect time to stock up, freeze and save some money by making your own.

Ingredients

Mango Macadamia smoothie
  • Handful of macadamia nuts
  • 1 mango 
  • Half frozen banana 
  • Knob of ginger 
  • 1/2 a peeled lime (pulp and all) 
  • 1/2 to a whole can of coconut water. (Depending on how thick you want it.)
  • Tsp of Changing habits protein powder
  • Tsp changinghabits colloidal minerals
  • Hand full of ice
